Terms & Conditions (Staff)1. You are to provide your Services in accordance with the terms below which constitutes a contract for service between you and LOKATE in respect of this assignment. 2. Failure for any reason to complete the full assignment or to work the hours specified, or any misrepresentation as to your skills and/or qualifications may result in a reduction of fees and, in the event of a serious breach, may render the contract null and void. 3. Should you be unable, through sickness or injury, to undertake the assignment, LOKATE must be informed immediately by telephone on 07990 973666. 4. We operate PAYE and deduct Tax & National Insurance Contributions. Please either provide us with a P45 or complete a P46 Form. If you do not do this, we are obliged to operate basic rate tax. 5. You should ensure that you carry your own liability insurance in respect of the provision of your service to our Clients and us. The Company will not be liable for: a) Any loss of or damage to any property. b) Any losses, liabilities claims and costs in respect of any injury to, or the death of , any person arising as a result of any act of negligence of any personnel provided by LOKATE. c) The dishonesty of any personnel employed by LOKATE whilst performing their duties. 6. Fees are paid, unless otherwise agreed, 8 weeks following completion of the assignment and upon receipt of a properly completed invoice, when: a) Our client has confirmed that you have worked the agreed hours. b) You have returned uniforms and all P.O.S. related to the promotion. 7. In the event of cancellation of the promotion by LOKATE, you will be able to claim the full amount stated on your booking form if 3 days before the start date. If cancellation occurs within 6 days you are entitled to 100% of the first days wage and 30% of any other days stated in the contract. There will be no cancellation fee paid to you if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the work commencing. 8. Do not, unless specifically instructed, carry your mobile telephone with you while representing our clients and eat only when on a break, (No chewing gum) 9. INVOICING: Please make out to LOKATE on numbered invoice paper with your; Name / Tax Code / National Insurance Number / Date / Job Description / P46. 10. If the client approaches you to work for them directly, please respect that Lokate have introduced you to the client, if you are approached please inform Lokate immediately. |
