UK Snowsport Industry 5 a side Tournament

After last years succssful turn out for the 5 a side Snowsport Industry football match, we have been asked by many of you to do it again. Many of the entrants are still nursing injuies gained during the frantic 3 hour battle of the ball. The venue has changed to Wimbledon, this should make transport easier for everyone.

Some things do need to change for this years tournamant, firstly there are to be no premier league "Ringer Teams". Apologies for last year, although they did not win easily. Nice as it is to watch the great game played with finesse, it defeats our objectives. We are however allowing one invited player outside of the industry per team so you can bring anyone you can get. There will be a special prize for best "Ringer" - who can you blag?

After witnessing from the side line the gasping of oxygen and nursing of grazes, we strongly recommend that you bring your own First Aid kits and supply a full team of 7 so you can all have a rest, we do not want anyone collapsing!!!

There is a change of venue this year to the Wimbledon Goals, this should make it easier for everone. The date will be October 15th - Kick off 7pm. Download the registration form and send in your registration fee. There are directions to the venue which you can also download.

The tournament is open to everyone that works in the industry, it is also open to registered participants of Skiing or Snowboarding from the UK. It was nice to see so many people who share the same passion enjoying themselves.
